USBC is seeking a talented, versatile individual to support our growing Project Management team.  This creative, energetic individual will partner with UBSC IT and business experts to deliver next generation solutions to the United States bowling community.  This is an incredible opportunity for the right person to have a positive impact on the future of a major sport.  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Assists and leads all facets of the project management life cycle
  • Assists project team with estimates and prioritization
  • Coordinates project resource planning (internal/ vendors)
  • Supports risk management and risk mitigation efforts
  • Manages vendor relationship, contracts, resources
  • Facilitates requirements gathering sessions
  • Identifies process improvements opportunities
  • Creates and documents comprehensive business requirements and test plans
  • Coordinates the QA process (test cases, end user testing, bug tracking) 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 3 years IT Project Management experience
  • At least 1-3 years of Business Analyst experience
  • At least 1-2 years of QA/Testing experience 
  • Willingness to be deeply involved in all three components (PM, BA, Testing) as project cycles dictate
  • Proven experience managing Agile IT projects
  • Experience working with external vendors and internal IT staff
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Must be organized, self-motivated and responsible
  • Able to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel
  • Must be a team player, collaborative, approachable
  • Must demonstrate leadership qualities
  • Demonstrates facilitation and elicitation skills

PREFERRED    

  • Experience using and/ or configuring JIRA or other project management software
  • Industry knowledge of bowling
  • CRM and/ or ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics CRM and GP)
